He was born in Merida, on October 29, 1987. He lived in Ribera del Fresno until 2002, where he moved to Villafranca de los Barros. From 2015 is Councillor of the Organization for the Defense of Public affairs (ODP) in the Town Hall of Villafranca of the Barros.

In relation to his professional profile, it is Professor at University of Seville, attached to the Department of Theory and History of Education and Social Pedagogy. He also does research and international teaching at University of Buenos Aires and National University of Tres de Febrero (Argentina), in the areas of evaluation and the quality of education policies.

In addition to this he is doing his Doctoral Thesis with international mention in the University of Seville. He also speaks English, French, Italian, Portuguese and modern Greek, still between his knowledge of the languages and cultures of the countries interests.

He participates in numerous forums, policy, structured dialogue and advocacy for policies that are being debated in the upper echelons of society to the local context of Villafranca de los Barros.
