Once again, Paideia gets involved in a new course. On this occasion, we moved to Madrid, to the headquarters of the CJE because we want to continue growing. We arrived in Madrid with a lot of doubts about Erasmus + and everything that addresses mobility of students and the training of workers. However, thanks to the training team and other participants from other associations we were able to fill missing gaps by collecting information and experiences. In just three days our motivation to continue learning how to learn has increased and... why not? To start new projects. The objectives of this training were: - To know the Program Erasmus + and the possibilities it offers to a youth organization or Youth Council. - To review Key Action 1 and the Youth Worker Mobility projects. - To collaborate in networking and cooperation between entities from different countries. - To exchange good practices and outstanding examples of training projects and network. - To learn about resources and information on issues related to the implementation of projects, budgets, justification and presentation and dispersion of results
